Oh really bro, That's a poor excuse, You can order them, and any other vehicle Toyota make from anywhere in the world bro, Just get get to the nearest Toyota dealer and place your order, watching from Jamaica west Indies !!.
@@peterfong2241Not how it works. It’s not even street-legal in the US. They’re also way more expensive than many Americans seem to realize. The base models sell for $50k+ in S Africa. With import fees you would be getting fleeced.
we'll never get them, even with the turbo four, we're too small of the market and the US keeps them out with their Chicken Tax BS. Besides they'd likley cost about $60-$70,000 for a very basice work truck. Mines can buy them, there's a comp, any in Sudbury that imports them specifically for the mines, but they can;t be imported for regular folks to use on the road. Well you can but it's got to be 15 yeas old, and a 15 year old single cab 70 Series is goign to be beat all to hell.
I'd buy this in a heartbeat
Literally a go to war vehicle
90s look never fades
A Work of Art, in every way!
I would buy a fleet of these if available in USA.

@@peterfong2241I don’t know about the US, but in Canada emissions laws mean that these are not allowed on public roads - used extensively in mines.
@@peterfong2241 Hah.
He had me at manual transmission, but I would prefer a gas engine. Unfortunately, this is not available in America.

Для работы нужен такой пикап.
In the "land of the free" we should be able to go to the lot and buy one of these. Ridiculous.

I've read it's 49,500 to start. Anyone confirm what I heard?
They cost from $76,000 NZ or around US$43,000 for the base model - but you have to pay extra to get the tray fitted.
The real workhorse…
