    손질한 해삼을 찬물에 좀 담가두면 짠맛을 제거할 수 있는데 밖에서 포장해서 먹으면 그렇게 하기 힘드니 어쩔 수 없었겠네요.
    음식여행 채널로는 탑급인 듯한데 구독자를 늘리려면 타이틀에 영어가 함께 들어가는게 좋지 않나요? 저도 잘 모르지만 ^_^

    I used to live right by Jagalchi market, Austin. My mom always cooked fresh catch of the day. Fluke and eel are my favs! Nothing like those you can enjoy in America. I miss Busan so much... I am in NJ now. Just became your new subscriber. Thanks for the coverage.

    갑오징어는 단백질이 많아요 남자한테 정말 좋은 스테미너 음식임.. 다음에는 무늬오징어(흰오징어) 꼭 드셔보시길..두족류의 최고봉임👍

    해운대 하얀집 오징어회 가는국수 가락처럼 회가 나오는데 초장에 묻혀서 깻잎과 같이 드셔도 맛나는데 ㅎ..다음에 기회가 되시면 함드셔보세요

    hi! 산낙지나 갑오징어를 처음 먹어보면 힘들었을텐데 대단해요!
    한국 사람들도 못 먹는 사람이 많아요 :) 하지만, 저는 좋아합니다!

    오스틴 초장에 와사비 약간 넣어 섞어 먹어도 맛좋아요.
    코트니와 매튜처럼 날것에 약하면 간장보다 초장에 찍어 먹는게 초장맛때문에 거부감이 덜할겁니다.

    다음에는 (부산영도 중리)에 가시면 해녀분들께서 직접 잡아서 노천에서 운영하시는 곳이 있는데요..꼭한번 가보세요..그리고 부산영도 태종대 입구에도 비섯한 곳이 있습니다..😂👍👍👍 많이이ㅆ어요그기도한번가보세요

    당귀복습 : 당귀는 한방에서 약재로도 쓰는 약용식물인데 잎은 쌉쌀한 맛과 향으로 쌈채소로 먹어요. 샐러리랑은 다르고 미나리과예요. 철분과 엽산이 많아서 혈액순환 빈혈에 좋기때문에 여성들에게 특히 매우 좋은 채소예요. (저도 좋아합니다.) 해물먹고 싶은 밤 울면서 봤어요. oTL 홈플러스가면 샐러리잎과 당귀잎을 따로 포장해서 팔아요 다음에 고기구워드실 때 사서 비교하며 먹어 보세요. ^^

    회드시고 집으로 갈때 해안선따라가면 반건조 오징어 팝니다. 석쇠에 올려서 숯불이나 연탄불에 구워서 마요네즈에 찍어 드세요 ㅎㅎ

    서울 신당동 중앙시장이라는곳을 가면 '옥경이네건생선' 이란 가게가 있어요 거기서 반건조 갑오징어 드셔보세요 말그대로 쫀득한식감이 맛이 좋아요

    제주도나 부산영상에서 해삼드신 걸 봤는데 해삼 내장이 빠진 것 같아요. 해삼은 내장이 최고입니다. 원래 해삼 내장만 먹어도 해삼하나 다 먹은 거라고 하거든요. 보통 사람들이 잘 모르니까 장삿꾼들은 장만을 할 때(다듬어서 횟감으로 만들 때) 해삼 내장을 따로 빼요. 물론 몰라서 못먹는 사람들이 많아서 버리다보니 뺄 수도 있겠고요. 하지만 해삼 내장은 따로 모아서 젓갈을 담아서 일본에 수출할 정도로 고급 식재료입니다. 다음에 한국에서 해삼을 드실 일 있으면 내장을 꼭 같이 달라고 하시고요 그냥 기름장이나 초장에 찍어서 호로록 드시면 됩니다.

    If you have chace to eat 산낙지 try 기름장(sesame oil+salt) it's best go well with sauce I think

    익힌 오징어는 매콤한 국물에 부재료로 들어가거나 오징어순대에 쓰일 때가 빛을 발한다고 생각합니다. 아니면 튀김.

    Actually sannakji has no flaour. I can feel just texture and freshness with sesami oil. But kinds of raw fishes are always nice~

    due to the fact that the women's hands are warmer than man's. there aren't many woman chefs in Korean style sushi shop or Japanese's . the freshness is the core point on sushi or 회 that should be preserved in cold conditions. anyway that's the acknowledgment i ve learned of the raw fish so far..

    음 다음편은 밀면 같은데... 어딘지는 잘 모르겠네요 부산에 밀면집은 부산역 맞은편 초X밀면만 가지 않으시면 됩니다. 거긴 장사잘되는 이유는 타지분들이 역이랑 젤 가까우니까 가시는거 같은데 현지사람들이 피하는 음식점...

      I agree. We had this on Jeju Island recently, and it was prepared so much better and with more care. But I still enjoyed it.

    산낙지 looks little gross but once you taste it,you will change your mind quickly.You cannot help but love 산낙지.unfortunately you can not drink 소주like me,the quality of taste is reducedㅠㅠ.이모 is a perfect name to everybody who order food in Korea.How about making 이모 as international title~^^?

      I agree! 이모 is my favorite Korean word, and I can feel it when they take care of us so well.

      I can't drink when I have to drive a car. Soon, we will be highlighting Anju.... I really enjoy drinking. Most of the time, I am driving though, so I have to be safe.
