It's such a pity that those beautiful houses on the mountain have turned into ruins!
5435 should be one of the numbers I will choose next time I play Lotto!
The flute player didn't wear gloves, his fingers are so nimble!
Thank you for introducing this country Bolivia to us, you are super great! 👍🥰🙏

This video had a little bit of everything that someone could love. I enjoyed the abandoned creepy houses, the hiking, the classic cars, and the break dancing in the city. We even got someone playing a wind instrument and the baby Louvre. Did I hear Chris say he wants to climb Mount Everest? I want Chris and Carol to be on this earth for a long time! 😱

Had the pleasure of visiting Chacaltaya back in the 90s. There was snow back then. Your video made me feel nostalgic. Thank you! Happy travels in Bolivia.

Very interesting terrain. Especially the valley of the moon! Coolness. 😊

I was lucky to visit Chacaltaya on a sunny clear day, and it was also the highest I’ve ever been in my life… from the club house to the top the guide kept saying “it’s only 30 minutes”… it took us like 2 hours haha
    Great video, greetings from Lima!

Way to get super high! On another note... the lack of snowfall is probabaly due to a combination of warmer weather but also significantly reduced moisture levels making it across the amazon basin. All the deforestation over the centuries has created savanna-like grasslands that are a much lower quality conduit for pushing the rain westward from Brazil and Argentina.

I really loved the look of the rock canyon at the start of your video, amazing night time view from your hotel room too, it looks like a beautiful city.

Back in the mid 1970s, when I was 5 and 6 years old we lived in La Paz for my dad's work. I remember going up to the Chacaltaya ski resort. It was built on a glacier and I remember we had to be careful of the deep crevices. We didn't actually ski, but I remember seeing others ski. After more than 45 years, I will finally be returning to La Paz next week. I know much has changed.

Wow, there's a car scene in Bolivia...saw lots of Subarus from your shots. I do love how Land Cruisers are driven all over South America, most of us are jealous that there are variations that we can't buy in North America.

Uyni to San Pedro is a highlight of Bolivia. Not just the salt flats on Day 1, but the multicoloured lakes, rock formations, and pink Flamingos. San Pedro is lovely too if that is the trip your taking. Great place to observe the stars.

Are you heading South in Chile. The combination of Vaparaiso/Vena del Mar is good. As is Santiago. Pucon is good for snow capped volcanoe climb and Monkey puzzle forest hike. Back in Bolivia Ptosi for the mine tour. Sucre is beautiful. Samaipata is a lovely colonial village near Santa Cruz. Great series.

Thanks for sharing your travels with us. I recall you two having altitude sickness in your previous videos. I just wanted to inform you to a product called "Boost Oxygen". It's a portable oxygen can to give yourselves oxygen during your hikes, or for just a boost during the day. It will fit in your backpacks. I thought I would mention this to help both of you on your journey.
No, I do not work for this company, but they may sponsor a video if you use their product.

Great video as always, we love the videos the two of you produce. My 87 year old Mom was an avid traveler but because of health reasons she can now only do short local trips, she has now taken great interest in your videos. She very much wants to see the video of the two of you talking about yourselfs and how you met. I can't seem to find it, I thought it might be in the "About" tab but it's not, can you or someone that sees this post point me in the right place to find it?
