At the time of filming this, the Ranch was still open for tours. 3 days ago they announced on fb that the tours and museum are closed for the foreseeable future.
Thats sad to see it closed but I'm glad you got to go and share it with us. Loved the pet cemetery and all the other things I had no idea about.
That is too bad theya re closing the tours down. It is a good thing you got to go one more time!! It was fun the first time you went and just as fun the second time. I hope Mr. Lewis is doing well. Maybe its because of health reasons they shut the tours down. Who knows? Or maybe he just decided he wanted privacy. Either way its awesome you got to go and the tour guide was awesome.
I hope JLL is ok.

Maybe they're just worried about the Covid stuff and dont want to chance anything with He and his wife. Hopefully that's all it is and hes still doing good.

Jerry Lee Was my first concert at 9 yrs old. I was hooked on live rock n roll. I'm 65 now and still am.

Hi Jordan, WOW, so many brilliant photos, you always have such great tour guides and she has a lovely smile. I love the Million Dollar Quartette photo and that mini piano is cute. There is so much great memorabilia in Jerry's house like the framed Graceland invitation. It's so lovely and peaceful out the back by Jerry's lake. Great vlog Jordan.

Jerry Lee is the last of his breed...he comes from a time when the rockabilly/rock & roll was pure! All of the greats had a foundation in black jazz and R & B juke joints.
That...was the key to Carl, Elvis, Jerry Lee and so many others music!

You are right how could you not go back to tour Jerry Lee Lewis house/museum when you are invited. That is one thing you can not pass up, besides even if you had been there before there are always new things to see and hear. So glad you went and had fun.
Jerry Lee's version of "Me and Bobby McGee" is best interpretive cover ever done. Made it his, made it better. Or at least a tie with Janis's great cover of Kris's original tune. Check out Jason D Williams Tribute.

Just visited there August 14th during my trip to Clarksdale, MS and Memphis for Elvis Week. Must've missed ya by a day from what it sounded like. The tour there was great...Kelly does a great job. Seeing the bedroom was my favorite part. Glad I was able to go before they closed the doors to the place. Long live The Killer.

In the late 80's I played a bunch of shows with Party Doll King Buddy Knox in Canada. Buddy opened every show with "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On" as a tribute to Jerry Lee. Buddy told stories about doing multiple act shows with Jerry Lee in the 50's. He said "there was always was a bowl of Bennies (speed) in the dressing for all of the entertainers to enjoy". I got paid and got to listen to cool 50's stories, what a great tour to be playing drums on.....great video Jordan.....sincere thanks !
Jordan since you are pretty good friends with Kelly. I would love to see an interview with the killer. My late friend was a die hard fan of Elvis and Jerry Lee..He had so many records of them both..he even had a quadrophonics album of Elvis. Which could only be played on a Quad system to get the full music effects. It was an amazing listen. You could hear the music as if it was being played right in the room with you.
