They were required to submit the report again for that subject so the grade is to follow. My concern was is he can still work full time until the final grades was released? My program started may 2022 and ended December 15 2023 and I was working full time and I continued to work full time untill I got my program completion letter on 5 th of January 2023 is that okay?

I came to Canada with a 3-year advanced diploma in 2022, and the study permit I got for this one is valid until April 2024. I changed my program to a 2-year diploma, and it was supposed to end in April 2023. But unfortunately, I failed one course in my final semester; that specific course was only available from January to April. So I had to wait 8 months for that course since student advisors told me it was only available in January. Will it affect my Pgwp application? My study permit was still valid.

Hm that's obviously not good but you can't change it anymore. Just make sure that you don't violate any other rules from now on and you'll most likely be fine. But I am not the IRCC haha

As long as you stopped once you received your final grades that should be okay.

If IRCC will based on the date of issuance, what if the letter is delayed through courier?
Which document are you referring to? Can you elaborate?

The date it was issued should count. You might be able to get it from your school directly in advance. I was able to download mine online.

3 weeks is not that long yet. As long as you submitted it completely you should be good. You can always contact IRCC too.

All you can do is apply for your PGWP and see what happens. You can't change the past;)
