I bought a 12 hp and I can't believe how quiet it is. First time I started it right out of the box three easy pulls and it was running. I'm very excited didn't think I'd ever buy a new motor. Amazon had it 79 a month 18 months no interest cool send me one. Really glad I went with a 12 than any thing smaller had looked at some 9hp... Thanks for the videos on the 12 hp help me to decide to buy my hangkia...
Thanks for videos Tim I’ve been hesitant about this motor I looking at the 18hp just got a sweet 14’ from a buddy with trailer in trade for some cement work. Take care bro, Randy in California/Nevada.
Thanks for the comment! As long as you follow break in procedure and use high octane fuel it will be fine these are good motors most people that hate them are bias or just dont take care of them ive run this one multiple times with no issues. Have a great day!!
Yo bro, you have been very gentle to your hangkai. I also have a new hangkai 12hp a months ago, its still at its breakin period...... But after 20mins ofthe motor first starts..... I am full throttle on her. The motor can do 19mph on my inflatable boat after adjusted the motor height to knee of transom. It should be able to give more juice after 50:1mix is use
@@timhuggins9366 okay. No problem. Hope you feel better soon! I just bought the 12hp hangkai motor. Waiting for it to get delivered. Should get it in a few weeks. I’m throwing it on a 12 foot Bris dingy

Hey do you think the 12Hp is enough for 4 adults to ride a decent speed?

Why do people dog these motors ?
My take on that is they dont know how to maintain, or dont break them in correctly.
They don’t run good on cheap gas if it sits for any amount of time. If you use the premix trufuel they run great
@@oscarlandag1831 Sure, butTruFuel is ~ $30/gal. That's not a reasonable price for guys wanting to put real hours on this mill.
