Great info, but I had been eating these foods for years. My BP crept up over the years, despite exercising, So I’ve been taking Lisinopril to bring it under control. I have had ED for years now. It’s come down to using 2 ED drugs for me. I’m 73 later this month. At least there’s something out there for men to help this.

I am an 80-year-old man, and this is my personal experience. My personal experience is that spinach is not a good food for anyone who suffers from gout. Because of what the medical people told me about eating red meat did not seem to match up with what really happened. I stopped eating red meat. This was 15 years ago, and I tried to eat things like spinach. Ate a lot of spinach thinking it was good for me. Bad idea I had the worst gout attack that I have ever had in my life. I have talked to some women that say a gout attack can be much worse than childbirth. I guess I'll never be able to experience childbirth, but from what they say I'd pay attention if gout never bothers you maybe it's OK but if you have anything to do with gout stay away from spinach last comment, I eat all the red meat I want and I've never been bothered with gout from it.

I am an 80-year-old man, and this is my personal experience. My personal experience is that spinach is not a good food for anyone who suffers from gout. Because of what the medical people told me about eating red meat did not seem to match up with what really happened. I stopped eating red meat. This was 15 years ago, and I tried to eat things like spinach. Ate a lot of spinach thinking it was good for me. Bad idea I had the worst gout attack that I have ever had in my life. I have talked to some women that say a gout attack can be much worse than childbirth. I guess I'll never be able to experience childbirth, but from what they say I'd pay attention if gout never bothers you maybe it's OK but if you have anything to do with gout stay away from spinach last comment, I eat all the red meat I want and I've never been bothered with gout from it.
I think you take lemon juice to counter act it. so you don't have gout

I had prostate problems when I was in my late 20s. The solution was what I called the "roto rooter." I bled for a couple of weeks and it was not something I ever want to experience again. So I asked my urologist how I could avoid prostate trouble in the future. He said that it was likely I would have problems as I aged but two things would reduce my risk: 1. Cut out or minimize caffeine consumption; and 2. Have a regular flow of semen for my situation and lifestyle. He used the phrase, "use it or lose it." Is this out of date? Can you let me know what you recommend for prostate health? For the record, I followed this advice. I am now 76 and sleep 8 hours without getting up to pee. I do have ED issues but sometimes my body responds well for a brief period of time.
