It is my understanding that the transmission oil plug is located in the same area as the engine oil plug. Is this fact, and how do you tell them apart?

What type of oil? 5w50 or 10w50? Why is one green box and the other a red box?

I believe the green box is for the non turbo model and the red box is for the turbo models. I have a turbo xp and uses the red box.

The operators manual has a complete section on maintenance and when certain things should be done

To break it in you have to do it at 300 miles or 30 hours is what I was told.

This “tech” doesn’t know how to properly lube a filter seal, keep a ratchet square, or use a torque wrench. Real nice, Polaris.
