I am proud to say there is no longer a ceiling, when the right person comes about, male, female, white, brown or black the court or even the presidentcy is ready for them. The flip side is, dont force the wrong person in just because they are differnet, thats not whats important. The important thing is the ability is there for anyone who is ready and best fits the job. . It could be in 2020, or it coud be in 100 years.
