Sytrus Tutorial: Making Super-Saws in FL Studio

  • After playing with Sytrus more and more often, I've re-discovered how powerful this synth truly is. Simply using the Unison Settings in the Main tab doesn't really cut it for wide, thick, and lush Super-Saws, but it's still totally possible to create them if you dig a little deeper. Today, I'm showing you how to do this to get some nice Super-Saws using Sytrus. Hope you enjoy!

This tutorial was fantastic! Best I've seen on Sytrus, which is a synth I've always wanted to properly understand. I love how you clearly explain each step while showing a close up of what you are doing. This makes it super easy to follow along with and to repeat your actions. And because you explain each action, we can understand the reasons why for each step.
My only suggestion for improvement (if you decide to make any more videos for Sytrus, which I hope that you do), would be to instead use a zoomed-in view of Sytrus by positioning Sytrus directly beneath FL Studio's 'Hint' panel (so we can still read the changing values) and just video capture only those two elements together (rather than the entire screen). Then you would simply scale that small video captured area back up to 1080p in post.
This would make it even clearer to see what you are demonstrating within Sytrus. Here's an example image of what I mean: i.postimg.cc/LXRR1PVX/Sytrus-Screen-Print.png
Great stuff! ... Subbed, hoping for more from you :)
