I like the look of it too it’s so much better, hope they hurry up with the Mac version. Also the online cloud based version needs bringing into line with the downloadable version as I know people will find it confusing working in two different looking programmes.
Hey applelover53, good to see you here! Yes, I'm hanging out for the Mac version. I have Windows on my Mac but it's not the same as using a Mac version of the software. I get the feeling that Brother are going to close down the online version at some point. Still a lot for them to move over to the PC version so I don't see it happening just yet.
Always love the videos ladies. I've now got the the canvas workspace as well. I thought I knew it back to front but after watching your video I just realised I no longer need the brother true type font converter. I only started using it a month ago but to be able to access all the fonts and not have to access the true type font converter omg what a time saver and blessing to my sanity. I access forums and on one they stated that the previous scan n cut page where the projects are can still be accessed and used. I found I could go back and the projects by brother are still being put there for now. I did find that my old scan n cut page I can no longer access the functions though as the working screen has enlarged itself so much it covers the controls up the top. It did seem to have a few bugs though the previous version I thought as well.
CAN I USE THIS PROGRAM ON THE BROTHER SCAN'N'CUT CM110 MODEL?
Yes, having the fonts in the program itself is awesome. Saves a lot of time. I'm loving it.

I just recently got this machine and I'm having a very hard time with it I found a wedding photo prop on brother canvas workspace but I don't know how to get it to cut out. Is there a way that you could do a step-by-step from the beginning? Thanks
Hi , if I would like to cut vinyl , can I do the mirror image on this or I have to it before cutting on the machine.?
You can do the mirror image in the online software or you can do a mirror image in the machine. Either will work Yaowamarn
Did you find the reason for the error message on the flowers JPG? Great video.☑️
No I didn't ever find out the reason, but I think it was just a glitch in the software as it was only new at the time. I haven't had it happen since.
Need version for the Mac
Yes they certainly do need a version for the Mac. Paula and I use Mac's, and we use Virtualbox to run a windows platform on the Mac.

Yes you can. It will work for any ScanNCut model.
how do you convert jpg to fmc on this because it wont save it as fmc
I managed to get mine working so no more error messages. What I did was click the Image Tracing option from the left hand sidebar. I chose an image. Then clicked OK. Once the tracing was on the mat I just clicked FILE - EXPORT FCM FILE from the top menu.
I keep getting a error message to weld please help
What does the error message say?
I'm not understanding the network connectivity of this software. If my PC and my CM350 (wifi enabled) are on the same network, why is it uploading to the cloud and downloading to the CM350. Shouldn't I be able to use this software without internet connectivity? Is the only way I can get it directly from my PC by connecting physically with a USB connection? No wifi connection?
I'm not sure if it is uploading to the cloud or not but either way you need to be on the internet in order for the file to transfer from your PC to the machine wirelessly. Without the internet, you will need to use a cable or a USB.
