HO Scale Lokomotive BR 50. Deutsche Bundesbahn. 1/87 Italeri Model Kit. Series build. Update 2.

Here we address adding real HO scale coal to the Model.
The model is supplied with a scale piece of plastic to be an accurate representation and contoured piece of coal to insert in the tender.
I painted this matt-black as a base, (waited to dry) then smoothered it in normal PVA glue with a bit of a water mix.
As soon as this was done, I put the coal (real😀) on the piece.

To be honest I don't know if this will work, I'm an amateur modeller who hasn't done things like this for many years, but we'll see.
The whole point of this video is to try new things and see what happens.
