Get a 70cc big bore kit on it. I had on a derbi senda 52 plate did 65mph+. Speedo drive had seized so speed was unkown

Two questions, is there any way to check the fuel without opening it and what is the bar on the display at first I thought it was fuel then battery and now I don’t know. Appreciate any answers
