That's it, I'm getting one of these. I just sold my erevo 2.0 , electric trucks just don't have the same thrill as nitro, I had one of these about 10 years ago, and it was the best truck out of the. many I've had throughout my 30 years in the rc hobby. Yes, I am getting old, but I still like to have some fun. The savage x is definitely a fun, fast, and very durable truck! I can't wait to get a new one! Awesome video man!!!

Man!,u got that running sweet dude,it's a powerhouse!,is this standard motor,gearing etc?,think mine may be running a little rich looking at this,and I'm not convinced it's getting 2nd gear,only had it a month but it's videos like this that made me buy it,it's a riot!,well done Bro.

Sweet video! I have my savage 4.6 too but I was wondering what you did to get that much power? To get mine to wheelie I had to change the clutch bell from a 17 down to a 15.

What is best to buy? This one or the Associated Monster GT 8.0? I'm trying to decide between them
just a tip.... when ur jumping and ur truck is nose high using the breaks will bring it back level for a perfect landing everytime

I like both, electric is easier, cleaner more powerful, but nitro is just badass. i really like the smell of burning nitro and engine sounds.

Have you ever had to adjust the transmission shift points in the ol Savage X since you've owned it? I absolutely love my Savage x 4.6.
Yes, i adjust shift point for a later gear shift, runs great.

Have u had any problems with your fuel linkage I'm not getting full throttle on mine I have a new 1 . I order a linkage set it will give me full power.
What bell and spur gear do you run? It is super fast but wheelies on command. Good combo!
i run stock gearings, works good for me.
is that stock clutch shoes? have you had to replace them?

Is it stock? not really, i got one and mine is not half so heavy like yours...so tell me the secret please
Man that's a bad ass truck I have 1 I have problems with tuneing mine keep cutting off after about 10 minutes of running sometime I can tune right sometimes. I can't yours tune just it didn't cut off not 1 time . Can anyone help.
Damn is that thing ported? I don't remember the K4.6 being THAT powerful.
