Pwedi pu ba kayung gumawa pa ng video about heating element/function knob? Medyo nalilito po ako sa Hanabishi Oven ko 45L kung ano ang gagamitin kapag loaf, cakes cookies, minsan chicken. And I think may effect sya sa moist na hinahanap ko sa cake, madalas nagdadry ang mga cakes ko. This equipment will surely guide and provide accurate readings if the temperature of your oven is the same on the temperature settings that you placed in. If not, use this equipment for calibration. --------- Calibrating • Place your oven rack on the middle of your oven, and position the oven thermometer at the center of the rack. Do not place it at the back, nor at the front, nor at the sides as it will give you inaccurate readings. • Turn on your oven and allow to heat up for about 8 minutes. Afterwards, check the temperature reading in the thermometer. For example, like what was tested on the digital-type oven (timelapse 3:43), the oven was set at 160°C and heated for 8 minutes. I keep the oven thermometer inside even after I put what I will bake in the rack because the cake or bread batter absorbs the heat and the temperature drops below the preheated temp.

Hello po modern nanay first time ko palang po gagamit ng oven. Kakabili lang po namin ng fabriano gas range and balak ko po sana magtry magbake ng bread. Paano po pala yung sa heating process nya yung nabili po kasi namin hindi po pwede pagsabayin yung sa taas at baba. Nakaindicate po kasi pang grill lang po yung para sa taas na heating process at pang bake naman po yung para sa ibabang part nung gas range.

How does it mean po kapag sinabing Bake in Preheated 380 F oven for 35 minutes? I pre preheat po muna ng 380 F for 10mins? and then ilalagay na po yung ibe bake sa oven same temperature 380 F and then yung binigay na time. Mas OK po ba na babaan ko nang at least 25 degrees ang thermostat o from the start lagyan ko ng foil sa ibabaw ng rack kung saan ipapatong ko ang tray na may iluluto tapos sabay lagay ng isa pang foil sa ibabaw ng tray sa kalagitnaan ng pag-ba-bake?

When you calibrate oven do you use both upper and lower elements or just lower? English subtitles would help.

Hello po dapat po ba up and down ung heating element pag nag bake? Pansin ko kasi pag Up gmit ko plgueng sunog. Pag up and down naman hindi sya na luluto.
Paano po pala kapag ginamitan ko na po ng oven thermometer pero na-overbaked parin po ang niluluto ko? Mas OK po ba na babaan ko nang at least 25 degrees ang thermostat o from the start lagyan ko ng foil sa ibabaw ng rack kung saan ipapatong ko ang tray na may iluluto tapos sabay lagay ng isa pang foil sa ibabaw ng tray sa kalagitnaan ng pag-ba-bake?
