  • Hello everyone! Welcome to my channel! In this video i will be making Kren Kren soup as we call it in Gambia mixed with frozen spinach. This leaf has so many names depending on what part of the world you came from. some people call it Ayoyo leaf, Jute leaf, Molokhiya leaf which is an Egyptian spinach. Depending on where you from it is surely made differently. You can make it just alone or mix a little spinach to it. You can enjoy this dish with fufu, pounded yam , or white rice.
    Ingredients you need:
    Smoked fish
    Crayfish
    OGIRI
    Jumbo cubes
    habanero peppers
    2 cups of palm oil
    smoked Turkey
    1 bag of spinach
    beef
    cowfoot
    fresh fish
    cow belleh
    2 bags of Jute leaf/kren kren leaf/ayoyo/muluhiya
please follow the recipe step by step. i hope you enjoyed this video. see you on my next video.
    Thank you for watching.

Very good but if l came to dinner l would want okra. If you can't find ayoyo greens then use gailan from Asia it gives the slime and fairly reasonable. Or use Jamaica tuna the young ones. The older tuna can be used but you have to devein it or it will be stringy. Must peel and watch the needles will prick your hand.

    • @DadasFoodCraveKitchen
      @DadasFoodCraveKitchen  4 ปีที่แล้ว

Yes i didn't add any lubi. Adding lubinis optional when it comes to cooking any drawy soup. No reason at all it was just a preference at that time. Also if i was only just cooking the kren kren just by itself, then maybe i would've but i added spinach in it so i decided not to. I hope this answered your question. Thank you for watching. Appreciate it
