Drove one of the first generation T's and it still haunts my dreams. It was a tremendous driving experience on a road track and just couldn't get over how nimble and quick it drove. Simply fantastic.
I worked at Porsche this year. The 7 speed manual shifts are crisp, mechanical , and feels amazing. The chassis is stiff and car feels light by modern standards . Porsche does a lot right , including seating position .
im looking between this and the gts, but am starting to think the gts may be overkill and i could save a good amount of money by sticking with the T. Thoughts on this?
@@chefboyleeI would agree. Carrera T is amazing for the price. Also has a tune that can push it to 500 hp from 383 on the factory motor.
@@chefboylee Get a T 100%. Easily tunable if you want GTS power. You get to make it your own with a hint of sleeper.
My carrera T delivers next month, cant wait!

@@BCBlue nobody stocks this car anywhere. You have to be given an allocation by the dealership

Everyone seems to be saying this Porsche is the 911 to go for. Refreshing to see big BHP ain't the be all and end all of a good sports car. 600 bhp plus for road cars was getting silly
For the road this is plenty powerful. If you’re planning on taking to a track maybe you need more power but otherwise this is the one to go for

Love it!! Just a note: Wonder if is OK to have the speedometer showing on video and going over the speed limit? I would put a tape over it , just in case. Definitely spirit driving here!!!!!
Doesn't matter. He doesn't show his face driving and he doesn't show the license plate. No way to confirm it's him driving and when he was driving and what particular road he was driving on. If a cop were to come across this video they can't prove anything! You can't even prove what state he was driving in. There are no street signs in the video as far as I can tell.

So much worse soudn than the 992.1 T. I know I have driven them. And filmed it in my channel. The consensous the German Porsche scene is is the 992 has the least 911 DNA of all series in it.
