Amy are you a type one or two diabetic? My husband is type 2 and I have Sjourns Syndrome so low sugar is good for us both.I am very happy to find you. I have learned some new things but i already washed my fruit and dry it before i put it away. I make a cobbler with it all about 3 weeks out to replace it.I make some sugar free ice cream for that.I found you on instagram too !

Wrap lettuce very well in aluminum foil and it will last for a few weeks & stay crisp and fresh! I learned this hack from Cooking at Pam's place on TH-cam & it really does work!!! Pam's channel has a plethora of kitchen food hacks that are useful because they actually work 😉
