I am right now having my first batch as I watch this. I used coconut oil, butter, and cream cheese. I don't know about microwaving anything in the Ninja cups. I just use a large coffee cup for that. I added the Keto Chow Raspberry Cheesecake packet and a little water. I put it through the ice cream cycles several times. I found that rinsing the blade and lid in hot water in-between cycles really helped. It tuned out very very creamy and smooth. I probably ran it through 4 times finishing with the re-spin.
