Ingredients
For Dough
1 3/4 cup of Glutinous Rice Flour
1/4 cup of Rice Flour
1/4 cup of Sugar
1 1/4 cup of Coconut Milk
For Filling
1 cup of Raw Mung Beans
soak in water for 2-3 hours
steam for 20-22 minutes
4 tbsp of Oil
4 tbsp of Shallot
4 tbsp of Green Onions
1/2 tsp of Salt
4 tbsp of Sugar
For Coating
1/2-3/4 cup of Sugar
1/3 cup of Water
