Noum Sai Soy (Traditional Dessert)
Ingredients
For Dough
2 1/2 cup of Gluttinous Rice Flour
1 cup of Pandan Juice
For Filling
2 1/2 cup of Shredded Coconut
1 1/4 cup of Palm Sugar
1/2 cup of Water
1/2 tsp of Salt
For Coconut Cream
2 cans of 14 oz of Coconut Milk
3 tbsp of Sugar
1 1/4 tsp of Salt
3/4 cup of Rice Flour
1/2 tsp of Jasmine Extract for fragrance
Steam for 20-30 minutes
