    Very good tutorial. Btw consider instead of using the kick flick just chuck. I think it sounds alot better.

      Been playing musical instruments a long time... the only thing I would say about this video (which I love!) is that for very beginning players it is still a bit fast. One thing I can tell you - slow this down even more, make it ridiculously slow. Then practice at that ridiculous slow speed (youtube has speed setting). Once you can play it ridiculously slow- then, and only then, gradually speed it up. I promise you - you will surprise yourself. Keep trying! This random internet stranger believes you can get it if you keep trying and if you slow down.

    i find (Bass Down Snare Up) easier than (Bass Up Snare Up) so experiment guys and find what works for you!
    also learnt this cuz toxic too hard lol

      it isn’t the same sound if you do up instead of down, it’s not too much of a difference but it’s there if you have ocd
