She is the one who asked Dr. S Jaishankar a question at SCO Summitt in Goa that " Comming to Goa Summitt by Bilawal Bhutto zardari is considered as bold move in Pakistan and also considered as normalization of bilateral ties between India and Pakistan and as a breakthrough. What India thiks about his visit?"
Dr. Jaishankar replied " He came as foreign minister of SCO member state,
I dont see it as more than that, dont considere as more than that and what he said deserve more than that"🔥🔥🔥

Breathtaking example of measuring oneself with one yardstick, then turning around and measuring the neighboring country's free and vibrant media with a completely different yardstick, because that's what suits your preexisting worldview. I expect this sort of mental gymnastics from this channel's host but not from the journo who seemed level-headed.

It's very telling that Pakistanis confuse their preferences on Indian politics as somehow being the reality with all other contradictory opinions dismissed as being godi media etc..... A reference was made to Barkha Dutt & somehow connecting her not being on a mainstream channel as being the doing of Modi. Lots of other critics of Modi are alive, kicking, and some make a lot of money opposing him but somehow Barkha is a special target. A few facts, not that you guys are interested but here anyways - Barkha Dutt's credibility was damaged tremendously with the Nira Radia tapes where she was seen as hobnobbing with the Congress party and working as a fixer/dalal. All available on record as was the public reaction towards her during the anti corruption demonstrations with Anna Hazare and Kejriwal where she was jeered and booed and forced to leave the place with people calling her a dalal. NDTV came under pressure to fire her but they kept her on. She eventually left NDTV having complaints against the Roys who founded it. All long before Adani was in the picture . She then joined hands with Congress leader Kapil Sibal (very neutral of her) to create a channel just before the 2019 general elections. Modi won and Sibal had no use for Barkha after that and the channel closed down with extremely unpleasant commentary against the Sibals by Barkha Dutt. Again, all part of available record. She tried something with Shekhar Gupta of The Print, and that too fell through the The Print itself is doing ok. I'm sure that's all Modi's fault....somehow. she has an You Tube channel and while it hasnt set the world on fire, it is prodding along.
The market decides who it wants. Some Modi critics do really well, others dont. Getting certificates of how great you are or were doesn't cut it anymore. The so called "godi" media has better viewership because the viewers, not critics decide. Television media is a business the world over, India is no different. Value has to be perceived before money changes hands. If Barkha Dutt or any other can bring viewers, they will get jobs. Not otherwise.

Pakistani journalists must cease their unwarranted commentary on India. This isn't merely due to their lack of understanding about India; it's primarily because of their deep-rooted dishonesty. They conveniently overlook their own nation's failings and refuse to confront their actions, let alone acknowledge the egregious animosity their people and government harbor towards India, particularly Hindus. Moreover, the fact that the daughter of their revered "Qaid" chose to make India her home should unequivocally settle the matter.

She is absolutely right in saying that the youngsters in India look at Pakistan as a terror exporting country...they have grown up hearing stories and have themselves witnessed Pakistani terror attacks, they have heard and read comments made by terror organisations in Pakistan taking credit for these attacks, celebrating and promising to carry out more of the same in future. It will take a very long time, if at all, to remove this mistrust with which Indian youth look at Pakistan and Pakistani's!
It's unfortunate, but that's the current reality wherever you go in our country.

Well actually the Hindutva started to gain traction in late 80s..90s the entire movement for the demolition of the Babri mosque...interesting how, just now in the coming days Modi will be "celebrating" that mosque site to be turned into a temple. So 2014 wasn't the date where Hindutva gained traction but gained its height. You can tell stories to Westerners, but people in neighbouring countries of India (not just Pakistan) understand very well the realities in India. Particularly also because the very same ills exist in their countries
As to the use of militant organisations, proxies. Well, both countries have done it against each other. Like what is happening in Balochistan or previously the nefarious activities from Indian Embassies in Afghanistan. Indians always mention the Mumbai attacks, True the loss of life is terrible. But forget what happened in the Samjuta Express. Just shows that it's not about sadness over loss of life but political point scoring.

He has even called Hinduism disaggregated (to break up or apart) faith. But he is still very much alive and freely expressing his opinions. Alt least he is not missing or killed or tortured (Like Arshad or Imran Niazi or shot at like Hamid Mir). I hope pakistani's realize the inclusiveness of India's society. MY local senator in Hyderabad (India) has given a call to Muslims that he can wipe out Hindus in 15 minutes if police are removed. oh Miss Barkha Dutt, She was one of the journalists who was covering the "live war' for NDTV. She gained prominence for irresponsibly doing a live commentary during the "secret" Tiger Hill operation. While covering the operation, Barkha Dutt gave away the military location by concluding her live commentary by saying "Barkha Dutt reporting from 56 Brigade HQ" at the end.
She didn’t even blink or hesitate for a second before giving such a crucial bit of information on national television that too, live. It seemed that she was not reporting to inform the citizens but was acting like 'Vibhishan' by helping Pakistan by providing crucial information about the operations and live army movements.
Despite knowing that even army officers do not use satellite phones in conflict zones, as it allows enemies to track their movements, she carried one while doing live coverage of the war zone.
Since that blunder, everyone felt that Kargil's experience would have made the so-called journalist mature about these aspects, however, she again dug her own grave by repeating the same mistake during the Mumbai 26/11 terror attack. While reporting the attack, in one report, she unethically reported that "her sources are on the 19th floor, where the terrorists are currently in their murderous frenzy".
Such blunders by the journalist need to be punished so that the aspiring journalist do not repeat such grave mistakes, " Nahi ta log bolenga ki unko kam nahi milta"

Indian People are buying Governments narrative 😂😂. Well I just remembered when the Mumbai Terror attacks happened we were watching the news for 72 hours without a break it broke our hearts and the people who did it are freely roaming in Pakistan aren't they? We have seen those people on television and Pakistani Army provides security to them. Chalo maan liya ke Modi fascist hai 😂 but aap kaunse progressive ho? Modi toh protocol tod ke aya tha Nawaz Sharif ke ghar aapne pulwama kar diya, Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji aaye the aapne Kargil kar diya. Iske aage bhi dekhte hai chalo Modi ji hai fascist hai but what about other Indian Prime minister's 😂😂 ? Kya Nehru, Shastri, Indira-Rajeev, Atal Bihari Vajpayee yeh bhi fascist the? In last 75 years we are unable to solve the Kashmir issue why? I know from where she's coming😂 from NDTV😂 btw NDTV is a very biased news channel. Just look at their coverage of 2019 election results coverage. Jo hay tauba kiya jo left liberal elites ka meltdown tha bhaisahab dekhne layak tha. They primarily hate PM Modi but they are unable to digest the fact that the PM Modi is India's most successful PM till date. Jitna bhala Modiji ne kiya hai wo aaj tak kisi PM ko possible nahi hua. Indian economy has doubled in the last decade so that explains everything and Congress toh bilkul bhi nahi aa rahi hai😂😂 so tough luck😂😂.Barkha Dutt has said I make and break Governments😂😂. Toh aise logon ko kya zarurat hai job ki?😂😂.

Not sure who rules the Pakistan, ISI, Army or selected PM. Most of the people hate Hindus, that's why Hindu / non-muslim population has reduced to 1% from 23% in last 76 years. Still People of Pakistan claim to be human right champions. About Barkha and Some Other NDTV reporter who are now Jobless because Like Before ,now Government not giving any favour to them as Journalists. And The Hostile Takeover Madam talking about the owner himself sold that TV Company share , He did it for money . Some of the Indian Journalists are very left leaning Ideology and they're still doing their Job on TH-cam . India gayab ni. Karta reporting k liye.. If I may try to bring light on some matters. Those Journalists lost their credibility when they tried to Ignore some great work Done by the current govt and Blindly criticised everything. They weren't that neutral while reporting the issue as in actual. People saw their Dalla Panti when they Rant 24Hrs how Congress Govt was very good In Center.
Now the tastes changed, As madam said at the end of the day they're doing business and had to Bring Money home.. So the reporting styles did changed a lot. Now story based Reporting work as in Documentary and Primetimes are now Mindless Debate Show 😌

    Hi from India,
After sometime had a time to watch your show.
Since I like you, I respond, not sure if this is taken in right sense. Few points to add.
    1. Media restriction was an issue sometime back, but now with TH-cam it is not, in fact with popularity of TH-cam MSM has started loosing relevence, So Media now should stop being a cry baby.
    2. On Godi Media, in fact this was also the case earlier during Non BJP Government, and almost all of the non bjp state government, they are called Durbari Media, their loyalty to Congress is far more than that of so called Godi Media to BJP. Barkha Dutt is considered one of them, not so much liked by some Indian masses. In fact there were reports, she would involve herself with Congress Govt to lobby for Ministrial berth for people. Maybe your host, since not from India is not well informed and that was the reason why NDTV kept loosing viewership.

Valiant defense of Pakistani journalism. While I appreciate her view about Pakistani journalists having to work in very adverse conditions, she comes across as an indulgent mother who can see the travails of her son but can’t see his/her shortcomings.
