Livestock Shed built on runners

- In the process of finishing up this 9x18 livestock pavilion (shed) built on runners.
These pavilions are built on rainy days and bad weather days in the winter to serve our customer base throughout north central and northwest Ohio.
Typically, our construction guys will build 50-100 per winter season and pick-up and delivery options are available.
The shed is 7’ tall and slopes back to 6’ and is built on a treated 6x6’s with plys to make it portable and not property taxable.

What size pieces of wood do you use for the skids?
6x6’s
I’m looking at building something similar for my horses but I’m curious as to how you anchor this to the ground? I’m scared the wind could overturn it.
Screw an anchor or put a rod in the 6x6 treated sleigh posts.
What’s the cost of one like this picked up?

Same laws where I live. If I pour concrete for a post in the ground I need to submit my blueprints to the city for approval, have them approved, pour my concrete around my posts, then be inspected, then I can build and be inspected again. . . .for a horse run in.
If I have it on skids with anchors or we have put railroad ties in the ground and then filled around them with the material we want and basically screwed the skid building onto our grounded railroad ties then the city leaves us alone.
True for any outbuildings for horses, goats, sheep, and even hay. No one want to pay more property taxes if they don't need to.
