Anyone know what those heater hose clamps are called at 16:45 ? Trying to find replacements for 2004 Buick LeSabre with no luck. All clamps I see are elbowed.
Hey, when i reattach the heater hose connectors, the bolt doesnt screw all the way down and therefore both connectors are loose... oh yeah and the bolt just keeps spinning and spinning And this is on the new tensioner too. Other than get a (lock?) washer to fill the gap what else can be done?
I am trying to determine the flow of coolant. Is the elbow that goes into the engine close to water pump the outflow from heater core? And the short fat elbow the hotter one going to the heater core?
where can i buy the 2 hose adaptors that attach to the belt tensioner? The ones that the 4 O rings attach to? I cannot find any online. They should give you 2 new ones when you buy the tensioner cause they usually rust away. Please let me know where to buy? Thank you
I bought the metal elbows and they did not fit the new aftermarket Belt Tensioner I bought. I used vaseline and pushed like hll but no way would they fit. I used the plastic ones and they went in and I put the tensioner on lickety split.

This is the best replacement video I've seen for replacing the tensioner and all O-rings with the elbows.
excellent Mechanic very detailed on replacement of the Tensioner and job description and drawing of the Serpentine belt procedure.
Do you have a separate part number for the o-rings?
I appreciate All Your videos!M y Buick I've been across the Country twice in and drive Ever day! Mine is a 2003 Le Sabre 3800 very reliable Always
Do not replace those elbows with the plastic ones. Get the metal ones, as they don't cost much and will last much longer.
Great video though. Thanks.
I agree 👍💯
Took mine off last night...it already has the metal ones.i can use the o rings on the new one
I got the part number for the elbows metal. 47065HP
Thanks!
[At 4:40] Good camerawork, showing removal of the accessory belt from its tensioner pulley.

Good detailed video but where my fitting went into the engine and not the manifold was heavily stuck. Any advice for getting that out?
Part number for the coolant hoses coming out of the rear of the belt tensioner?
Awesome video. Question, does it matter if I use a full antifreeze coolant, or do I have to use 50/50 no Metter what?
Are there any videos on replacing the supercharger tensioner pulley?

What size bolt holds in the radiator hoses into the back of the tensioner? Or part number?

This would be a good time to replace that rear valve cover gasket.
The part number for the metal elbows. 47065HP you’re welcome lol.
U didn't show everything
Well I have a 2007 Buick Lucerne but I guess this video might be helpful to other people
Is there a part number for just the O-rings for the top hoses?
