While I completely agree that she is very skilled, it's also clear that the videos are staged. They film the same scene from multiple perspectives and change angles all the time. Therefore, acting is involved. However, I don't doubt that this is her own home and environment.

I'm going to try again. If free food source can be found out in the wild like how she makes it out to be, Chinese won't have starved to death. She picks raw food from farms and gardens, which are works of farmers. So it's not survival skills. It's just cooking skills. You all need to go out more often. Food source don't just show up everywhere, and for places where there are such resources, you'd need to compete with other wild animals for those resources. We started agriculture for a reason.
She is such a hard worker and strong-minded! Her rhythm is so intense and dynamic there is a lots of energy in her movements, she is like a fast flowing river and she creates every day lots of beautiful things! All my respect for her!

这个视频是住院前拍好的，没来得急剪。出来了忙了两天要紧工作才有时间剪出来。
在医院简直就是神仙般的日子，期间追了几部清宫剧，所以你们看这期视频的调色应该有变化哈哈哈哈哈哈!
我这个秋梨膏方子除了一些老字号和传承人，应该不会有太多人肯动手操作了!大家几乎都是梨去皮榨汁过滤加食材熬稠齐活!如果你也懒得麻烦，那我说的这个简易方子你也可以用。但是梨皮不要扔，好东西!
视频里的方子分三次煎，头煎五小时，二煎三小时，三煎1小时，小火，水不够了少次多量随着加一些。三次过滤的汤汁汇总再熬到粘稠，滴水成珠就是最好的标准。
放温加蜂蜜，最好是炼过的蜜。简单说下炼蜜:蜂蜜加等量水再熬到红亮粘稠!别跟我说蜂蜜超过多少度就咋，这里有这里的用处，字太多懒得打有空自己去搜搜啦~
梨5斤，川贝50克，老姜50克，罗汉果1颗，百合50克，红枣100克，干薄荷30克，金银花50克。大致用量而已，差不多都成。都是食材来着!
子柒因为舌下腺囊肿手术住院了一段时间，也不知道康复了没有

Team EMEC here's the ingredient list for this soup. 5 pounds of pears, 50 grams of lily buds, 50 grams of mature ginger, 1 monk fruit, 50 grams of dried lotus, 100 grams of dried red dates, 30 grams of dried mint leaves and 50 grams of honeysuckle flower.
Why do you mix metric (grams) with imperial (pounds)? If you use grams, use 2.27 kilograms for 5 lbs.

You know, I've been thinking about that. And I realized that the message I get from her videos isn't "you need to live as naturally as me to be happy" but rather "everything that you do, do it well" and "appreciate the beauty of the mundane". If one actually was living her life, it would be easy to feel constrained or to get tired of all the work, but she chooses to focus on the beauty of hard work, nature, and all the little details, and she communicates this chosen attitude of hers to us with her editing. I think that the best way to spread the spirit of her videos to your own life and to those around you is by appreciating what you already have, because I think that is the essence of how she came to be so happy with her current life.
