1. The atmospheric conditions from what I was seeing didn't show the environment where you'd see a Microburst.. 2. You sUAV was showing typical signs of Katabatic Wind, being that you are on a mountain. I'll bet the wind was not blowing at you... rather blowing over the top of the mountain, (windward) and causing wind shears on the other side where you are..(Leeward), which is evident by the turbulence you are experiencing when you gained altitude..
