You may consider a pair with rubber soled shoes for winter, such as a welt shoe, but with a Dainite or Vibram sole, such as the Loake Birkdale brogue, but there are many others out there on the market. You get the feel of a leather shoe, but the added re-assurance of more grip in winter conditions. @@DJunclepaul2nd Vibram is the brand name and it comes in different tread patterns, some heavy for walking boots or outdoor or work boots and some much more subtle for business shoes or casual shoes or boots🙂
