This video is about the detailed review of my Hermes handbag collection, including the Hermes Kelly 25 Sellier in gold Epsom leather, Hermes Kelly 28 Retourne in togo leather, and Hermes Birkin 25. I also made sure to include modelling shots and measurement pictures. Hopefully it will give you a clear comparison if you're deciding on either the Hermes Kelly Sellier or Retourne. I love the bags you showcased today Eileen and especially the idea of wearing a twilly on the handle. This is something I have never done but will definitely be trying it out. May I ask how tall you are? I'm debating between the 25 or 28. I'm 162cm, I kind of think 28 is nice as a handle bag but 25 is better for a should bag for me

There are Mini Pochette (wider, no strap) and Mini Kelly II (smaller, 20cm, with strap)😊
I’ll take the Birkin 25... with a shoulder strap please. 😂 Beautiful bags, Eileen. Your black Kelly is more my style. Hand held annoys me when shopping. Currently looking at the LV On My Side in black but it’s a bit bigger. Anyway, still in lockdown here so no buying anything for a while yet. Just fantasy shopping.

I decided to stick with what I know and go for the birkin because it is easy access and I am not sure if the Kelly lock is for me.

I love the ease of the Birkin, but what do you do with it if you have to go to the bathroom at a restaurant or some other public place? I can't imagine having to put it on the ground, and I don't know how I would manage to hold it while using the facilities! LOL
Hi Eileen, I heard Epson leather is similar to Prada's Saffiano leather in the sense that with time the corners of the bag will be ruined/ damaged. Is that the case for you also? How do you take care of it to ensure corners stay in good condition? Thanks
If Epsom leather sustains deep scratches, it can be hard to restore. So far my Epsom pieces are doing really well xx
Thank u for the informative video! I am deciding between the Kelly Sellier Vs Retourne. I like slouchy bags in general but with the Retourne, I feel like the bag will spill open if u don't lock the flap. I don't intend to lock the flap at all times. And so, I'm more inclined to go with the Kelly Sellier.

Does the Birkin and Kelly come with rain covers? I’m not sure I understood the last piece you said. Did you say something about a spa day for your bags? Does that mean they clean and treat them with products? I have a Eames chair and I have to treat the wood frame once a year with the product that came with it. For what the chair cost, wish someone came here to treat it.

The birkin is used without the flap closed as its too cumbersome to keep lifting the flap to reach the interior, do you think that defeats the purpose of buying this bag when it's design is not shown when using it, its just like a small tote...

If the Birkin had shoulder straps it would definitely be the perfect bag. Sometimes you just really need to sling a bag on your shoulder.
