Hi Isabelle. As I was watching you mentioning the strap on the Kelly. A Kelly belt came to my mind. 😂 I think it wound be a great concept to use the Kelly belt as a strap for longer or shorter lengths versus having a buckle to adjust the strap. That way is kind of hidden and won’t ruin the aesthetic of the look.

You are right about the back pocket and that is the great feature of the Her bag which is the casual sister of the Kelly! And also the strap length, they could use the same system they have for the Kelly belt…no hardware involved… thanks for your videos ;-))

Great points! I have a Ferragamo Iconic top handle in medium that I absolutely adore but also too large for evening events and too formal for my everyday casual daywear…. I still love it though. I will definitely go into more detail on why I didn’t keep it in a future video but in short, the condition of the bag was not what I expected and I realised I didn’t need a larger Kelly for my lifestyle at the time. I’m totally open to getting a k28 in the future but for now, the smaller sizes suit my lifestyle better☺️

It's so well said Isabelle 😍 I have a K25 sellier and a mini k, and I used my mini K way more than the k25. I would be looking forward to k25 retourne and hopefully it will ve more friendly. But generally, my B25 sellier has not been disappointing. So maybe I'm more a B than a K girl.

Totally agree babe! The mini kelly is such a usable bag😍 I also don’t really use my k25 sellier much but the retourne is definitely much easier to wear and style!

I purchased the Picotin 18 in Gold with Palladium hardware and could not be happier! It's Hermes without the "look" but the same quality!! It's very easy to access and has a great look. It's more for casual wear, but I find casual is what most people are into these days. How many days do you wear a business suit? I can't think of the last time I did this!! For those casual wearers, like myself, this is the perfect bag. It's also much safer when it comes to someone wanting to rob you since it is understated. Just my opinion.

The Kelly 25’s especially in the sellier really don’t fit much! And you definitely don’t want to over-stuff it!😅 My favourite and most used Kelly is the mini Kelly, to my surprise😍

Since you have both K25, (Sellier and Retourne), which one little easier to use ???
I love my Kelly but I wish it had a back pocket too, and I do admit it's not very convenient to get in and out of. I find the LV Capucines more convenient to use--I guess it's been designed for more modern women. The Kelly was iconically used by Grace Kelly, but her daughter in law, Charlene, the present Princess of Monaco, wears the Capucines. I think that symbolizes a change in generation and modernization. But I have enjoyed travelling to Monaco and loved visiting the places related to Grace Kelly, so the Kelly has a special meaning for me. I think it looks elegant and lady-like like none other. Especially the sellier type.
The variety of textures in the *yutulux*t pack is impressive. From smooth leather to textured suede, there's something for everyone.
"Difficult to access" is already a straight No for a bag, its meant to be used and not for decoration 😆 thanks for the honest review !
I do love kelly however it’s so troublesome to fidget w/ all the straps. Difficult to get into quickly, as you have to set it someplace so you can open it. 🤦🏻♀️ 😄 😝

This was good. I love the Kelly. True it’s a very formal, mature bag but I am a grown up so that’s ok. With the capacity I think you needed to qualify that the 25 doesn’t hold much. That’s not true for all of them. I looked at a 32 once and it holds heaps. All my essentials, which is a lot, with plenty of room to spare.
I do still love the Kelly despite all the cons😆😅 I agree, the capacity will be much better on the larger sizes, even the 28 fits a lot more for sure. Thanks so much for watching Suzanne💕
Yeah I don't feel that the Kelly is too formal for day. Perhaps because I have a retourné. I do think it's not formal enough for a formal occasion but honestly I don't attend formal events often so I usually wear a clutch for evening formal events
Lol, despite all the "cons" you mentioned about the Kelly, I'm sure many of us including myself still love the classic style and yeah, a back pocket would be so handy. The sellier gives a more formal classic look while the roturne style is more casual. 😬😅 Not the most useful or easy to use bags and so why are we paying the hefty price for it? 🤔

Birkin and Kelly are more like work bags to me... Understated and the top handle feels formal. Its hard to use like u mentioned too for kelly. In fact all single handle with flap bags are hard to use. Same for coco handle and trendy cc

The top 3 cons of the Kelly for me are its price, availability and opening. However, I would still gladly get a Kelly if I have the money and opportunity to buy one.

I found that my capacity for Kelly bag is ideal and a lot larger than Chanel CF. But perhaps it’s because I have size 28 rather than 25.

If you could only have one out of mini Kelly 20 black GHW or Kelly 25 sellier black GHW, which do you think would be the most useful all-rounder? I have asked for 25 but maybe I should ask for mini Kelly too??? I intend to use it as a ‘date night’ bag and fit phone, card holder, LV key pouch & lipstick. It confuses me how the mini Kelly and K25 sellier appear to fit the same amounts from what’s in my bag videos 🤔

I love the aesthetics of the bag, but getting in and out would drive me crazy.
The way you have to keep it closed with that fiddly turn lock just seems so annoying. And why not give it two straps so it's not just hanging open when you open it?
I bought a bag that had one handle and hung open like that for a trip. It was a pain and I never used it again.
Honestly I don’t understand the appeal of the Kelly and Birkin bags. I appreciate the craftsmanship and amazing leathers, but to me they look like overpriced, impractical old lady bags. Each to their own though!

love the look of a Kelly! but it‘s not for me; at least not a new one. the closure and the handle pulling on the top flap would annoy me to no end. back pockets with zippers rub against clothes and can ruin them, so i avoid that too. love your craie Kelly! if i do end up getting a Kelly, it would be old and beat up so then i would not mind the wear and tear. love your videos 💗

I’m not willing to drive 30-40 mins to the nearest Hermes to “develop a relationship” with a SA. I feel it’s a sign of a larger issue if I am willing to waste time and gas on that. If someone is not willing to take my $$, I will spend it elsewhere where the SAs are knocking each other for my business

I bought a replica of a Chanel brooch for $20 to compare materials etc. The real brooch cost $800 and was made of the exact same materials - brass, synthetic pearls, glass. 🤦🏻♀ The other one is a $40 one *yutulux* Backpack Replica - also works for Compare - I can't find any difference and still use it for the gym 😅 yt
