Yep, that's why one can't 100% rely on going for "the cheap", nowadays companies are making less and less physical games, so if you really want a game it's better to invest in that game and you can compensate by buying other games on the cheap, good for you that you're friend gave you the game.

My local GameStops in Winston-Salem have next to no games in store and are only really selling clothing and game related crap. I have a feeling that our game stops for the next to die
Happy Funland reminds of that old Midway arcade game called CarnEvil, actually just played it yesterday for the first time so I was starting to wonder were they inspired by it since some of the enemies look similar lol

I think GameStop has to invest in the retro market in order to survive. A lot of modern gaming is phasing out physical video game copies. I'm still collecting physical PS Vita games though. My PS Vita collection is for keeps.
I have found twisted metal black on PS 2 with the online disk, at game stop they said the person that when they returned it... It was sealed and GameStop had to open it because they can't take sealed games. I would have preferred it Sealed, but GameStop opened the new PS 2 game to sell it as used, why would they do that... Just more reasons, they say GameStop is terrible

I live in the Mpls area and I've been to most of the Gamestops within 90min of my house and unfortunately not a great selection of retro games...this area sucks especially compared to what I've seen some content creators are able to find out east(NewYork) or out west(L.A.,Seattle)or down south (Texas), I live in a retro video game 🏜 desert when it comes to Gamestop it's extremely disappointing 😢 but I still end up visiting Gamestop every so often to see if things have changed... not yet, still waiting,hopefully one day.
I'm worried about the GameStop I go to. I pre-ordered the game. It's not coming out till March assassin's Creed shadows if they go under what happened to my preorder a lot of shelves will empty there
I'm still waiting for Microsoft to come around with a software update that allows you to play your purchased game discs (the ones that actually have something more than a license on then) without an online account (bring back the offline account! 😅) and initial setup internet connection (see PS4 😁). They have some cool special edition consoles like Cyberpunk and Gears of War editions and it's a shame that one day they'll become unusable. Not to mention the hdd failures on Xbox One that requires you to open the console to replace it, find the correct firmware and the exact startup scene files it wants to make it run as before. For the Series X, if you don't back up your SSD when it's still running, you may be in for a future door stopper when it fails. Until they fix the product you paid for and supposed to use it whenever you want it, the last system I'll ever consider is still the Xbox 360 and go the PlayStation Nintendo route. 👍🏻

You didnt hear about the homefront debacle when it came out???😅 The 2nd part went on sale for 5$ mere weeks after its release. Its buggy and mediocre at best. You were better off buying water to drink.
This is hard to watch knowing that GameStop closed 4 store close to me now i have to go always into the city to buy over price games they should charge the name to HateStop😢

I should note that the Chromatic games do work on Game Boy Color, just not the original Game Boy.
They also work on the Analogue Pocket as well.

Hey Reggie, the chromatic games do play on GBC and gba. At least that’s what I have gotten them to play on so far I have not tried on an og gameboy.
