I got this lock about 2 months ago. But now im facing a problem when the alarm is on and if the lock is shaken it beeps normally 5 times but then does 2 quick beeps instead of sounding the loud 120dB alarm. Therefore the locks alarm function has become pretty useless. Please help
No Brasil, não estamos sendo bem atendidos, pelo menos coloquei em minha moto esta, com alumínio escovado, veio com três chaves, não durou 10 dias minha alegria, pois trava-va ela no suporte do estribo traseiro direito e a mesma sumiu, provavelmente destravou-se mesmo com os 2 beeps e o click, logo agitava e tentava tira-la após trava-la e nunca saiu, pelo menos em 10 dias não, sumiu, houve queda, abertura da mesma no trajeto para meu lar, só que no Brasil quem importa não está nem aí, cuidado para comprar esta trava ou qualquer produto desta empresa, no Brasil esta marca não está dando respeito. Comprada bem cara, com todos impostos inclusos dentro do território brasileiro.
Brought 3 locks, All 3 bikes gone from garage, rode them away with out alerting anyone sleeping on the opposite side of the garage wall. Totally useless over 30k of bikes gone, kids now don't have motor bikes. They don't work, do not think these will slow down your bike being stolen.
I purchased this product a little over 60 days , very beautiful, has a great idea. However , today to move my bike , which was turned OFF I ended up forgetting the lock and the same to hit the brake caliper came from two , then I do not recommend anyone to invest in this product. The metal alloy making up the lock is bad . I wonder the thief easily take my bike.
with all due respect this is the most stupid reason not to buy this product. you blaming the product for doing its job. here is a great idea: buy a disc rope, connect it to your brake handle and ta-da... magic happens...

I think he's saying the lock broke in two. The body is made from zinc alloy which is quite soft.
