Palette: Quinacridone Rose, Fr. Ultramarine, Raw Sienna, Burnt Sienna, Sap Green, Cobalt. Also, Cerulean, Mineral Violet, Quinacridone Gold and Neutral Tint.

Hi Doris! Your Mom is beautiful. And you captured her likeness so well. I think you have to be so brave to paint so boldly. Sometimes I would cringe when you add color, like the shadows on her face, the red on her cheek, and the black on her hair. But it turned out so good! I enjoyed your video! Your son’s music is very nice, too.

Thanks so much! I may be brave with the color because I know it will dry lighter. Also my husband keeps telling me I need more contrast.
