U should do a video of the piece of plastic that always breaks after a while .it's right underneath the 3 pop up targets the plastic on mine broke so I need to know how to access it my hand is too big to fit under 2nd playfield thanks

Hi Luke, these videos are very useful, thank you. Could you do one for LCD settings and how to change the blackness levels so it doesn't look so washed out. Thanks. Also some have reported that the flip out Michaels get out of alignment, how do you fix that. Thanks
When I turned my Halloween on for the very first time new out of the box and hit the start button about 25 seconds into gameplay I noticed smoke on the playfield. Looked underneath and no cool looks cooked, but a coil fuse was blown. Any suggestions?
In talking with AJ at Spooky it sounds like he is sending you a new board. My best guess is that you had a transistor fail on your Pinotar. Replacing that should fix the root cause of the problem, but it's possible that this action may have affected the coil.
Is it an optical illusion or is the spring metal offset on the entry hole. Mines not offset and i get tons of rejections. Maybe the spring is on reversed?

I was just testing out different shapes by cutting out some old Tupperware.
