    I’ve been wondering about putting the finished paper artwork against glass in the frame. Over a few years would it hold up. I’m wondering if in a humid area if it would end up sticking to the glass. I don’t think I worded that very good, I hope you understand what I mean.
    I love all your artwork, thank you for sharing.

    Beautiful! Will try this next week. Did you seal w kamar? It looked like you had them in a floater frame. BTW, several years ago I had a terrible rotator cuff tear, had surgery followed by PT. PT is a killer but if you do what they say & tough it out you’ll get better! Thanks for all your inspiration 😊💕

  • @anitareeves9501
    @anitareeves9501 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Thank you for showing this old but new to us technique! Awesome! If you don't need surgery for your shoulder be sure and do exercises for it. Had a slight tear in my rotater cuff a few years ago and mine healed well. You mentioned in the video you were going to talk about the fold (maybe how to get rid of it), but then you didn't. Could you explain here?

    • @HeatherMaderArt
      @HeatherMaderArt  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry I did talk about it and then had to re-record the voiceover. The creases are not “eliminated “ and they could probably be gently ironed out somehow although I haven’t tried that.
      I think this is part of the process and when behind glass and in a frame, they look beautiful.

  • @donnabesley1151
    @donnabesley1151 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @heatherream5515
      @heatherream5515 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I never heard her say how she got rid of the folds other than she cut that one piece into four separate pieces. You can see the folds in the last few finished pieces she showed us. I think the folds stay, so try to roll the paper rather than fold it into a hard line.

    • @HeatherMaderArt
      @HeatherMaderArt  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry. I DID record that and then must've left that part out when I re-recorded the voice over. I'm going to do a video on that....sooo many people asking.
      You can do it like a reverse dip and just use something other than the fold to create the pattern s. But something magical DOES happen right at the fold.
      It's a part of the process of this type of art and one it is framed I donr know that it matters..
