    The way you described why your maintenance calories decreases when you lose weight is by far the best description I’ve ever heard. Will definitely be using that. Thank you

    I've seen probably a hundred videos of people describing their cutting process. This video hands-down was the most informative, easiest to understand, and accurate way I've ever seen anybody do it. Even as someone who's cut a number of times it's always good to brush up on these things and you've done an excellent job of helping me with that. Will definitely be sharing this video with a bunch of gym buddies.

      Sam Bishop bro I want to gain more weight but Idk where to start! Wanna shoot some tips??

    • @sambishop7855
      @sambishop7855 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thee Paleezy17 I'm no expert as I'm new to the gym myself. I had just come out of a 2 year semi professional football academy where I trained 4 times a week. I found it really hard to gain weight at the start. I didn't track my calories at any point but I tried to eat 2 big meals a day and tried to have 2 bulk powder shakes a day. They're not necessary if you're getting your calories through your food but my appetite isn't the best. I have also grown a few inches as I think at the start of training I was towards 5"7. Try and stay consistent with the gym although I've found it hard being at uni as they seem to think it's a great idea to bunch all the assignments into the same week😂 hopefully this helps but like I said there's plenty of people who know more than me!

    Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant. So easy to follow and understand for the people out there that need it broken down. As a 45 yr old competitor, I still eat over 2000cals and I'm 3 weeks from competing. It has taken years of "off"season to build up my calorie intake so I don't need to go as low anymore.

    This is seriously the most competent explanation of weight loss I have ever seen. It makes me feel like I could've lost weight years ago, if only I had this video. I appreciate this so much thank you. I've never heard a breakdown of how many calories are in what and how people get to the number of calories per day, ever. This is the first time. Thank you for putting it so simply that a person who doesn't have a fitness or nutrition background can understand what you're saying. I feel like you took away the secrecy that shrouded good dieting and habits. Seriously, thank you! I actually feel motivated to give it a try.
