I appreciate this kind of video! I am 29, female and about 270lbs. I am working on my diet because I am morbidly obese. It is very hard for me to lose weight due to medications but I go to the gym 2 to 3 days a week. I am starting to walk and I am getting back into BJJ. It's amazing cardio and really miss the atmosphere. These are great tips to listen to as I continue to lose weight. Everyone at the gym is so nice and helpful. I was terrified I would be judged or stared at and it was the opposite. Thanks Rob and happy holidays!

Right now I have a 4 day split: 1) chest, 2) back + legs, 3) shoulders, 4) arms.
And I mix in cardio/abs. I enjoy that split, but is it really bad?
