I'm upping my priority from 1up stuff to (2) Sinden light guns, I feel this light gun home arcade took a big leap forward with these guns and emulation
Im having a hard time finding a very completely lightgun pack for CoinOps Next 2...I dont understand why there isnt a good all in one pack? All of the House of The Deads in one pack? Time Crisis, Transformers, etc? If anyone knows that would be great. Thank you.
Hey Drew when you set Sinden up with coinops can you set borders for individual games or does every game regardless of genre have to have the border to keep the light guns ready to play at any given moment. Say my wife plays pacman but then i go to terminator, do i have to cut them on every time and do some config for that emulator?
Is there a way to put that border around the game and not actually inside ?. I always see it cropping a part of the image away. wouldnt it make more sense to lets say display the game at integer resolution and putting the white border into the empty space ? just wondering...
i couldnt get model 3 to work i got model 2 working by changing the display setting but model 3 i did the same was able to run games in emulator but when trying to load thru coin ops it would go to load but return to select screen what have i missed
I've been playing Star Wars Trilogy as a light gun game using a £12 dolphin bar and Wii pointer and nunchuck. Way better than the Sinden because you need two triggers mapped and the lightsaber battles can be played with the nunchuck. In terms of accuracy I've not really seen any footage that shows the Sinden is more accurate or steady than the Wii pointer. Have you tested both side by side? Great vids btw.
its wayyyyyy more accurate and steady than the wii pointer. Its not even close. Not even comparable. But if you are happy with the Wii Pointer...you probably dont need to upgrade.

What pack have house of dead 1,2,3,4 and other nice games ?
On my side I had to set XINPUT instead of RAW (which was completely silent)
Are you able to configure the pump action on the gun to be the reload function on games?
yes very easy to do in the sinden software
