280AI is another great cartridge. We had a Savage 110 Ultralight in that caliber. Shot great, and it was as accurate as I am! Trigger was fantastic, as to be expected from TriggerTech. We’re hoping to get our hands on a 2.0 for a more in-depth review!
Hard to compare - not apples to apples. Different calibers, different ammunition, different glass, etc. They’re also in different price classes. Liked the weight and stockof the Weatherby better; liked the action of the Savage better. Wouldn’t hesitate to head afield with either!
Idk man. If he’s got the money and wants a rifle that will last him forever. Why not? I mean sure a ruger american but have been fine but you’re paying for more than that with a weatherby.
Nice video. Very objective and informative review. Well done.
Can anybody review a rifle that’s not a 6.5 creedmore. How bout a Weatherby caliber in a Weatherby rifle
I'm looking at the back country 2.0 6.5x300 wby lh
Hi,
Which one do you like better savage or weatherby? Guy from Wyoming
Also can get .280 AI. How does it shoot? Accuracy? Trigger pull? Follow up video!

How's the rifle doing any later thoughts
We had the rifle on loan - no strings attached. No longer have it, but it’s only the short list for a purchase. Really eyeing the 6.5 RPM….
Which shot better the weatherby or the savage ultralight? Which do you like better?

I don't know why anybody would spend that kind of money for a 6.5 creedmoor.

Because you can't get Weatherby ammo for under $5 a shot 😂
@@joshwilcox8941 OH come now,I bought once fired brass from Weatherby for $1.00 each, then it's just as cheap to reload as any large rifle!
If you gotta complain about the price then you can't afford it.
@@NotBOB-81 I was commenting on the caliber,I own a 6,5 RPM
You can only get the Weatherby Magnum calibers in the 9 lug action(except the RPM and the 224)the Nine lug is not lighter than the 6 lug.
Yep, that’s correct.
What ammo did you get sub moa from?
Nice gloss scope would look better on top of supergrade model 70
you spend that kind of money and dont by a weatherby cal 257 weatherby super fast flat 3800 fps
How did we ever get along without light rifles. You need a 378 weatherby then people will respect.
Umm. Ummm over. Um
