Just farm them out at Rockrest Flat in Chapter 2. 275 xp per spikey back dude and they drop Mind Core all the time. You can do an awesome run around the area in 3 minutes and reset by resting at the shrine. wash, rinse, repeat.

I doing same :) there is many monks= 500+ exp and chance for cores

Its very low rate drop, i farm from lvl 59 ~ lvl63, but no drop anything mind core😢
