Word of advice. Take pictures of your molds and get them approved before you mail them in. Otherwise, they'll find an excuse to sell you another mold kit. They don't tell you the first time that you can do this.

I received my veneers yesterday and they fit and look fine. What are the 4 white packets that come in the box used for? There's no writing on the packets at all.

What if the front teeth can touch the bottom of the tray but the back teeth don't? In other words, they're not all at the same level. Is it more important to get the front teeth touching the bottom (or upper part) of the tray?
White bright is probably the best way to go as it looks the most realistic and white. Pearl and champagne are meant to look like your Normal teeth without being bright white. I ordered the bright white and got them today they look very realistic and they don't look fake either.
I received my impression kit 2/19/21 ,after watching video and I confirmed lettin putty sit for 12 to 24 room temperature before use . I was to excited to wait so I let mine sit in package closed inside cup of hot running water to In sure proper temp was met. My first top impression was accepted but not my bottom. I was sent out a second impression kit to redo my bottom free of charge. This time I read brochure completely says to send pic before sending off in mailing back impressions. So I did. That’s when I was emailed back within 25 or less minutes about my partial acceptance. Now need more putty to redo my bottom grill.
I got a root canal and a permanent crown on one of my bottom teeth last June. I got my impression kit in a few days ago. I’m nervous that the mold might pull out my crown? I don’t believe it’s loose though. Advice?

Well I mean you have to have already paid or started a payment plan in order to get the impression kit in the first place.. So yes they will send the veneers after you send your impressions back and the veneers have been made.. At the point you send the impression/s back you have already paid for them..

Question here, if I get my veneers and am dissapointed with the color (as it is impossible to know how they will look in the mouth before receiving them), is that something that you would send out another set for or would I have to buy a new set in the other color?? I REALLY want to try these. I had braces a couple years ago. I can still fit and wear my retainers but my top front teeth from canine to canine are short and when I smile, you can barely see my teeth. I’m afraid that I’ll spend this money (like I did on the braces) and still not be satisfied. Is there a way that these could make your teeth look longer if needed? Shiny smell is not what people say it is people's savings I ordered the impression rate they said they could not do the bottom at the bottom button top so I just wanted my money back because I want to instead of one I have to fight to get my money back with 58 emails from them back-and-forth It was not my fault that you can't do both veneers so I went to direct lab love it 298 down $24 a week my banners are gorgeous shiny smell does not backup what they say when it comes to too giving refunds back and replacing teeth

When you first get the kit you have to wait at least 12- 24 hours before you make the impression. After that time you take 30 seconds to roll the putty and start the impression
Y'all have rejected my impressions 5 times. I've watched every instruction video, and am doing everything correctly. I'm so damn frustrated. Paying for the kit, then being rejected, and having to pay for 5 additional impression kits. I might just call it a loss. Congrats on getting my free money!

Thank you. I got them 4 yrs ago and everyone kept giving me weird looks. I just got my teeth fixed at the dentist and went with monthly payments. My mouth looks way better and authentic.
Tops were pretty easy to do after I learned what I did wrong the first time. Instead of 3-5 minutes of having the tray in your mouth, I did 6 to 8 minutes. And just in case u didn't know, send them pics of your impressions before you send them off so they can tell u if they look acceptable thar way you won't have to waste money on another impression kit

Yea but the problem is that there are 2 types of mouth pieces. WHICH ONE DO YOU USE? there is a no.2 and a no.4 labeled mouth piece.
#2 is for top, #4 is for bottom

My impressions wouldnt come off it took twenty minutes for me to get it off. It was scary. What did i do wrong?

I paid $50 for shipping to Canada but they dont give you a return kit/label/box to send back :( You have to pay separately to send back the impressions once they are done! Just a heads up.
I'm in fl mines didn't come with anything to return in ,No instructions and the put one and two wasn't label,So I had to order another kit that wasn't my fault
No you don't. They include a return label.
Finally after the third or fourth try they accepted my top impressions. I already received my fourth impression kit or possibly five lost count already hopefully this is my last one and I can get it right. I think they should give me a discount but I guess that’s how they manage. ☹️

I’m having a hard time with the bottom impressions too. I freak out because I feel like if I leave them in too long, they’ll rip my teeth out 🤣🤷🏼♀️

for top veneers take an impression of the bottom teeth.

Hello I have a really chipped tooth in the front of my mouth. That costs way too much to fix... I got this and paid almost a grand too see if I could hid it till I had the funds to fix my teeth. But your warning says no broken or chipped teeth? :( I already bought the impression kit. Please tell me I can still do it.
The good news is that you can still do it but of Corse we would advice you to try to fix your actual teeth as soon as you can :)
I got my box today. I will wait the 48 hours for it to get to room temperature. It’s very cold where I am. I got a return label, but what do I send my samples back in? The same box I got them in?

I sent in my impression kit and they lost it. I sent the receipt and tracking number as proof it was delivered now I get to start all over. Didn’t even get a reply to my email showing it was delivered. Not impressed so far.

I REALLY want to try these. I had braces a couple years ago. I can still fit and wear my retainers but my top front teeth from canine to canine are short and when I smile, you can barely see my teeth. I’m afraid that I’ll spend this money (like I did on the braces) and still not be satisfied. Is there a way that these could make your teeth look longer if needed? Like can I leave that in the “additional comment” of the cart??? 😂😂😂😂 I’m joking but very serious at the same time 😂😩

I saved up just enough for this! I considered pop in veneers and brighter image! Im scared to buy from this company because of reviews about scams or them keeping your money even if they don't deliver. Plus is it possible to get this with just one front bucked tooth?
Shiny smell is not what people say it is people's savings I ordered the impression rate they said they could not do the bottom at the bottom button top so I just wanted my money back because I want to instead of one I have to fight to get my money back with 58 emails from them back-and-forth It was not my fault that you can't do both veneers so I went to direct lab love it 298 down $24 a week my banners are gorgeous shiny smell does not backup what they say when it comes to too giving refunds back and replacing teeth
I’ve seen videos where folks are saying to make an impression within 30 seconds.. but your saying to keep it at room temperature for 12 hours before opening?
When you first get the kit you have to wait at least 12- 24 hours before you make the impression. After that time you take 30 seconds to roll the putty and start the impression
You wait that time so the putty comes to room temperature
Y'all have rejected my impressions 5 times. I've watched every instruction video, and am doing everything correctly. I'm so damn frustrated. Paying for the kit, then being rejected, and having to pay for 5 additional impression kits. I might just call it a loss. Congrats on getting my free money!

I was finally approved. I'm so happy I didn't Have to do it a 3rd time but it does suck that I have to wait 4-6 weeks to get the teeth because they're not doing express orders right now that's fucken ridiculous

The top impressions were a breeze. Got accepted without having to call for assistance or to pay for another impressions kit. The bottom row impressions however...😮💨

Getting tired of this ! I did everything on video and keep rejecting my impressions
Tops were pretty easy to do after I learned what I did wrong the first time. Instead of 3-5 minutes of having the tray in your mouth, I did 6 to 8 minutes. And just in case u didn't know, send them pics of your impressions before you send them off so they can tell u if they look acceptable thar way you won't have to waste money on another impression kit
