    I have tried making buns with this recipe about 10 times and then writing this review. Cz felt guilty of using this person’s recipe and not even giving him the credit or appreciating him. So yes , it’s perfect, I’m still waiting to find a good rectangular mould, so I make it in the round ones and still it comes out perfect. Very tasty and really perfect. I’m lazy in writing reviews bt had to. And yes have tried your bread recipe too, that comes perfect too. Since March 2020 I have not bought a single packet of bun or bread, and I don’t think I’ll buy in future too. Cz the taste of fresh homemade bread is the best.

    I have to say that I love this bread! My neighbor is from India and he asked me to make this bread. He showed me your video and I followed it completely. The only difference is I used my Bosch Universal Mixer kneading attachment. I have a shoulder issue and was unable to knead the dough. It worked great! I made a double recipe. My friend said it was perfect! So thank you.
    I decided the next day to make one that was a little more healthy.. so I substituted milk for almond milk, and butter with light olive oil. I used half whole wheat pastry flour and half all purpose flour. Again it turned out perfect. I know.. it can't be called Pav bread if I changed the ingredients, but it was still yummy!

    Enough21 , Thanks dear.. Yes, that can happen at times.. What you can do is as soon as it comes from the oven, coat with butter then cover the tray with a damp cloth..     U know what yaman whenever I see ur recipes I always feel your good and pleasant vibes.. No one, I mean no one ever told in other ladi paav recipes to make balls of 30 gms...     I followed this recipe and it turned out delicious andexactly the way it should, which never happens when I follow a baking recipe. I have one complaint, though: These buns are too good! ;) Seriously, I can't bake enough for two or three days because they get eaten right away. Thank you for sharing your skills.

    This is the best recipe out there! I have made these pavs several times and today made hamburger buns with some sesame seeds on top with the same recipe. I kid you not, the best hamburger buns I have ever eaten before and I am never getting the ones in the store. I am a big fan of yours all the way from Chicago, US. Have made several of your recipes, and each and every one of them came out perfect. Oh btw, I used my stand mixer to make these. You just can't go wrong with this recipe if you follow his instructions completely. Thank you a bunch!

      YES!!!!! A woman taught me how to make these rolls back in 1982 (she worked at the Schools in the cafeteria)... I have won Blue Ribbons on these.. . and served them in my little Restaurant... I lost my receipt years ago ... I am sooo excited to find this ... I was thinking the exact same thing that it was the School Hot Rolls... YEAH>.... I am sooo happy

    I have used the recipe above ...Eggless Ladi Pav bread buns many times now......absolutely EXCELLENT..Thank you...........but I did alter the recipe a little for myself.. added a little more milk as different flours act different...and as I do not like sweet bread or sweet-ish bread....I cut the sugar down to 1/2 tablespoon...makes no difference to the recipe but just takes the sweetness off the bread.... I have used the same recipe for many other styles of bread... hamburger/beefburger rolls...and hotdog rolls .....brill..+++++ Thank you again

    Hi Yaman,
    thanks for such wonderful recipes. These pav comes out very soft and literally melts in mouth. They do come out great. I had to reduce the salt to half and also the yeast - 1/2 tbsp . I stay in UK and probably thats y the yeast and the salt tasted too harsh with your recipe.
    Also I tried making Olive bread with this recipe and it was awesome. To share with you, I added Olive oil instead of butter and added chopped pitted Olives at the end to the dough. They were awesome. Now I am going to try your stuffed buns too.

    My rolls turned out perfectly, thanks lil chef, but there were 2 problems: the first thing is that i think it a little bit salty and secondly it smelled a little bit yeasty too. I think I would cut down the amount of salt and yeast next, but over all this is a goof recipe though 😊

    I tried your ladi pav recipe today and the pav came out real soft just like Stress BUsters. :)
    I also tried Chakki peesing while kneading dough.
    Thanks for sharing the trick to make soft laadi paav at home. I have also learnt rasgulla from your video and they came out great second time. Thanks once again.
