some additional info: apparently they might be implementing new banners in 5.3 where the new characters will stay for the entire patch (both phase 1 and 2) and the rerun characters get introduced in phase 2 it's not confirmed but it makes the new banner order make a lot more sense, and really i see it as a W since we get more time to pull for new characters

Well arle is a better option if you want both of them and ya mavuika will get her rerun after maybe 4 patch later and as for arle rerun is absolute random and ya if You don't mind people use mavuika and you to wait but in my opinion You should pull arle and save primos after that for mavuika
