U guys are both right. They already said in the video they won’t go into details about Pyro Archon kit, but at the same time, they didn’t really give any info at all about Pyro Archon. The video is “why you should pull Pyro Archon”, but the “main” argument on why, was just because all Archons are a safe bet, which is a minor argument. As I said above tho, can’t fully blame the TH-camr though, as they did say alr they weren’t gonna go into details.
@@AYo_Zipp she also explained why pulling for mavuika will be the good choice since DPS characters will eventually get replaced but Mavuika won’t! + if i add one more point (even tho the creator didn’t say) it is that skipping her would make natlan exploration painful. So unless you’re go pull for every natlan character to compensate, you can skip her. If not, then she is good for your account! And remember, she will drop when natlan is about to end, so you will have a hard time
I’m skipping mavuika, especially after seeing her beta gameplay, picked up neuvillette, and yeah.. even if mavuika bannner lasts the entire patch, I’m still skipping, not even going to try 50-50 attempt on her banner.. There are some crucial reruns coming, and I will concentrate my energy there. And yeah, if mavuika really proves to be that game changing, (honestly doesn’t looks like so.. ) I will give a shot in her rerun..
@GIShuuji it's only a must if you wanna see absurdly big numbers with mavuika's burst, but it's not a must if you're a casual player who just wants to play around with the motorcycle, I mean you can also use kachina, pyro traveler and even pull for citlali if you want alternative supports
The big problem with Mavuika is that she focuses too much on Natlan mechanics. She is also quite strict with the team members and wants Xilonen best. But we don't just play in Natlan. The problem of many Natlan characters based on the use of phlogiston/nightsoul, etc. Arlecchino doesn't care where I use her. I will definitely first check what their kit offers outside of Natlan. Archon or not, she first has to prove that she is worth the investment. And if not or only half convincingly, then with her rerun, which she will have at some point. I don't think we'll have to wait as long for them as we did for Wriothesley. ;)
I’m pulling her definitely, especially the fact she might be released on my birthday which is 1/1. So hopefully I have that birthday luck 😂 Unfortunately there is no way I can afford to C6 her.
They intentionally countered the Archons though. They added Spectres that couldnt be pulled in by anemo and started putting heavy enemies like the samurai to counter Venti. Zhongli was countered by Rift Hounds, Bond of Life, and other mechanics. Baizhu's healing and dendro output potentially makes the better pull than Zhongli at this point,j ust as Kazuha offers more versatile grouping while also buffing more than Venti. The remaining archons (Furina, Raiden, Nahida) are uncontested.
Raiden can be changed with C6 Fischl for far better electro application,Clorinde is a better electro dps than Raiden in certain situations,Nahida is great but using Baizhu over her wouldnt hurt the team much,and dendro mc exists,aint got nothin to say about Furina tho she is a different breed.
I'll skip Mavuika for now, because I want Citlali and Lanyan first. I might get Mavuika in one of her reruns, if there aren't 1-2 characters before or after that I really like. But I'll also wait and see how Mavuika's kit works and then decide whether I'll get her later or leave her out completely, like Raiden, in view of her role as Archon.
i made an account on 5.1 second phase on no wishing till 5.3 so in my first 5 star wish screen i will be guaranteed to get mavuika after i'll get alhaitham next on his next rerun since he is one of my fav characters i think i also lost my luck for whole 2025 since on my other accounts i just made in my first 5 pulls on the limited banner i instantly get the 5 star

I'm actually having seconds on whenever I want to pull father cause I have 5 built DPS's and I don't want to build more DPS and focus on supports instead. So if mavuika can support then I might pull her instead. Tnx 4 the information 💙
Definitely skipping, this will be the first archon who instead of opening up more options for teambuilding, restricts it by requiring additional Natlan units while bringing absolutely nothing new, she is just the 8th or so pyro onfield DPS, and as an off field DPS she is just no match for Xiangling without massive cope. Xiangling hits twice as many times with a similar multiplier plus has Gouba and Pyro Shred. I also don't want a character who can't use the Energy Recharge rolls on artifacts but also doesn't need the ATK% (her passives provide a lot already) nor much of the Crit Rate (set gives 40). Good luck rolling all artifacts with 30+ crit damage and no other stats.
She seems nice, but if her lit requires me too use natlan characters too much then i might skip, my account is new, i dont have many natlan characters😅

Raiden is almost better built for EM at this point. Extremely easy / ranged hyperbloom, which works well with Nahida & Neuvi.
