I'm posting this on several of these demos looking for an answer. I've been a Dyson owner for 3 years. Died right before Christmas. It turned out, value wise, very good when you consider roughly $400 divided by 3 years. No complaints there. I still find it awkward and a bit heavy. I had shoulder AND elbow surgery on my right (dominant) arm 2 years ago, after years of abuse. So now like many stylists, I'm furloughed as of this week until May. I can't afford another mistake on a dryer purchase (I HATE the dryer I bought after Dyson death). What my main concern is, and I've not seen a video, is a blow out on 2C-4A hair. I need to know if this dryer is up to the job. I love the sleek styling, I'm into lightweight now to preserve my extremities until I retire! Thanks!
We purchased four of these dryers at salon international. Although the technology is great and it looks good after only a few weeks light use every single one of them has things that have fallen off broken or just look worn . All the silver bits the paints worn away , the silver rings front and back keep fallen off and two of them where you put the nozzle is now spinning round . These things are not built to last at all . Also good luck trying to get any help from a company that’s based in Italy and won’t reply to you . It’s a shame as they have the potential to look amazing but I bet you have the same issues as me very shortly
Nick Mazer it happen to me also.. so o just glued it.. They do need to find a way to fix it But the 1st is always not the best 2nd gen will be better I’m sure
District hair Studio unfortunately I lost it I’ve emailed company multiple times and called Italy just ignoring me . Not a good company. Warranty is useless if they don’t reply to you
@@nickmazer2900 I give Italy a few grace since they are returning from Covid. Their whole operation is recovering. I emailed and got an answer referral to Canada for help getting a new dryer since the Oregon beauty supply has not returned from Covid shut down.
I just got this dryer and I noticed that every time I’m blowdrying if I bring the nozzle too close to the brush turns cold and the red lights start flashing what the temperature is this is happened to anyone?
Hi I just got this dryer 2 weeks ago if I bring it to close to the hair with the brush it turns cold for a few sec Does this happen so doesn’t overheat or is this alarm function problem going to try to get a new one but wanted to make sure maybe it’s designed like this please let me know thanks

You have to switch on and off first, then press the speed button for 8 seconds to self clean. :)
