EP 3 - DAY 3 - DRIVING THROUGH UNTOUCHED PARTS OF THE MOORDENAARS KAROO

Day 3 was definitely the highlight of the weekend as we had the privilege of driving through parts of the Moordenaars Karoo that was not accessed by anyone in 9 years due to the drought in the area. The roads were not accessible without a 4x4 vehicle and the scenery was something that words can not describe. The adventure packed weekend certainly reached the pinnacle on this day, ending on a beautiful farm called Spitzkop around 80km from Sutherland where we could unwind and reflect back on our adventure next to a massive campfire before heading back home via the Tankwa Karoo the next morning.
