I'm in this business myself, me quietly saying, but there's few things you should know. A brush only touches the top level, never gets into any grooves, no matter how tiny. So, unless your surface is as flat as a pancake, go for a brush cleaning. If you have the slightest elevation, go for pressure washing, for that doesn't care about elevation alot. The honest cleaners will tell you. I would tell you, and also provide you with the best service. The matter of the leaf blower is one of its own. You know, when you use water, you have to drain it, to flush it. So always work from top level to lower, and then still, when lowest level is reached, what are you going to do with the water?? It either stands on the surface, you just cleansed, or you have to remove it. This video doesn't show you the whole picture, only what's appealing to the glancing eye.

Firstly happy new year, how long in general do the brushes last ? And are they very expensive?.
