@@McAwesomeReaper For what it's worth I actually own one now and use it in my personal training studio with some clients as well as use it on my own and I really like it. I got it in June 2022 and so far it has been great with no issues. Putting it together was a little tough but I'm not exactly great with that kind of stuff so someone more competent with tools might have a better time. I made that comment because this review is just someone reading the item description from the website and using stock images which leads me to believe they have never owned or used one. hope this helps you and anyone else looking to purchase the elliptical.
