    Dear Tara barach. I'm writing to you from India. I've received so much from these guided meditations. They've been a sanctuary for reconnecting to Emboded Presence, ground of being, and luminous awareness.
    I have deep gratitude for how beautifully and skillfully you organize your teachings.
    That a teacher like you is in touch with her humanity and comes across as in her own tenderness with a deep compassionate voice gives me hope, clarity and deep sense of security.
    That you are also educated in trauma and neuroscience and hold the middle path that has not been spoken about so clearly "when to turn towards pain, and when to take refuge before processing"
    These acts of self kindness and self care are needed to help us come out of denial of capacity, resilience and resourcefulness alongside the journey of healing and inner work.
    You are a much needed face of the feminine lovingness tenderness and masculine clarifying spaciousness.
    I hope I can meet you someday and recie e more from your experience, practice and embodied wisdom. Love and hugs for a teacher of our times. Many blessings for your integrity and devotion to the Dharma.

    Joe Dispenza meditations uses the space volume and energie in his meditations, i love thank you for bringing it in your meditation too, its home and familiar to me.
    I used Joe Dispenza meditations 8 year a big part of healing the cancer i had.

    This is my very favorite of ALL meditations! I hope to listen to it as I am dying... followed by Jonathan's flute. (And just enough pain medication to dull the distraction of pain). 80 this year.

    Yes, amazing, beautiful, inspired! Although I’ve practiced insight meditation for over 30 years, I haven’t been able to reach a deep meditative state since the pandemic hit the East Coast of the U.S. where I live. Until today, that is, listening to your loving guidance, Tara. 🙏🏼🙇🏻‍♀️💗 What a profound practice to feel spacious awareness in and through the heartspace, extending loving kindness out into our troubled world!     Can meditation help with suicidal ideation or will letting yourself feel that make it worse or give it more power than trying to ignore it and solider on?

      Saving peace , it is important to not ignore such feelings but to talk about them with someone else, most likely a psychologist. Meditation on your own in such a mindset is probably not enough for your own healing.

    Basically a body scan. Some effective thoughts like “ imagine the space in your neck.” But four minutes of introduction is too long
