I am understanding more and more that there are no coincidences in life. Your video was sent to me on purpose. Such an interesting experience. For days, I’ve been overcome with emotions. Anger, sadness, loneliness… I believed that sending love could break me out of this. I didn’t expect that every time we turned our attention inward, that my heart and tears would break open. I found it so easy to send love out, but completely fell to my knees when sending it inward. I’m in need of my own love. This has shown me how much I’ve been neglecting myself even when I believed I wasn’t.
This!! I’ve been spending so much time making sure I build my habits, making daily yoga, meditation, reading, skincare, journaling second nature.... but when I get still in meditation and my thoughts stop, I find it so hard to just BE... I have been working with the idea that I am enough without doing anything... I have to let it sink in because my mind tells me unless I make enough art or read enough books or work out enough, etc that I’m not enough... it truly is more ingrained than I thought But I think it means we are on the next level of this spiritual journey... it’s like the excitement is settling down and we are truly becoming aware of what is... prayers and blessings to u!! I hope u and me both can find it easier to love and soothe ourselves just as we do others

Dear Tara, thank you. I know that loving kindness is my fundamental practise and yet so often I have periods in which I forget about it. Today I really needed this. I am so thankful for my friend who told me about you, in this great Web of existence. There are so many great offerings of this beautiful practice and this one is wonderful. 🙏🏼🌿💚
Saw unbelievable amounts of swirling blue and green energies behind my eyes starting around what I would assume to be the 5-7 minute mark of the meditation. The green was most significant until the spoken affirmations and then the blue entered my aura. Heart and throat chakra sites feeling maybe slightly tingly afterwards as well. This was beautiful and I want to thank you greatly for this!
@@sallykirkstephens8415 I usually meditate right when I wake up or before bed and once I’ve gotten myself calm through reading or journaling. I find myself being able to visualize shapes in different colours very randomly and without prediction, it doesn’t happen to me every time either. I’ve had one instance where my entire view behind closed eyes became as bright white as you could ever imagine and stayed that way for 30 seconds or so, never happened to me again since but I swear on anything that it did happen once.

Is it ironic you Andy I Andy to be there for you to know you point to me and don’t want to pull back into friendship and say you are my best friend to receive my best friend isn’t it but her life is with me all over again and again she is always my teacher and gift you giyof Kevin especially newly discovered and daughter how I believe In you and how I believe In you and you very well can do this thing you desperately deserve it can be your love.
As I finished this meditation my little dog came into my room and gave me a big love.

I don't ever see those colours you talk about ...am I doing something wrong here ?
